Meet Corrin Sotala, M.S., LPC
Nice to meet you!
Hi, I’m Corrin, and I’m so glad you’re here. I know how overwhelming life can be, especially when you’re balancing work, family, and trying to find time for yourself. As a working mom, I understand the juggle of responsibilities, the exhaustion, and the desire to be fully present for your kids while still carving out space for your own well-being. I was a school counselor for 15 years before transitioning to private practice as a therapist, and I truly believe this work is my calling. I’m here to offer support, a listening ear, and practical tools to help you find balance and joy in your everyday life.
I have a special passion for helping moms navigate the ups and downs of postpartum life, finding that elusive balance, and building strong relationships with their children. I love sharing parenting tips that can make those tough days a little bit easier. I also work with teen girls and women of all ages, helping them set healthy boundaries, become more assertive, and connect with their inner strength.

Tired of holding it all together?
You are the dependable one. The one who answers every text, manages every detail, and somehow keeps everyone else from falling apart. People tell you how strong you are, and you smile, because what else are you supposed to do?
But underneath that composure is a version of you that is exhausted. The one who lies awake replaying conversations, wondering when it will be your turn. The one who is so busy being fine for everyone else that you have forgotten what it feels like to just... be. You are not broken. You are carrying too much, and you have been doing it for too long without anyone noticing.
How we work
Therapy that is warm, direct, and practical.
01
Name the pattern
We identify the loops that keep you stuck, the habits you did not choose, and the stories you have been telling yourself on repeat. Naming it is the first step to changing it.
02
Build emotional clarity
You learn to separate what you feel from what you fear. We untangle the overthinking so you can trust your own instincts again, instead of second-guessing every decision.
03
Practice new ways forward
Tools that work in your actual life. For the carpool line, the hard conversation, the 11pm spiral. Not theory from a textbook. Real strategies you will actually use.
