Individual Therapy
Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether it’s anxiety that won’t quiet down, stress that lingers, or patterns of overthinking that seem impossible to break. In individual therapy, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and never judged. I believe that real healing begins with connection, and I approach each session with compassion and warmth while also helping you find practical tools you can use right away.
I specialize in working with women, teens, and moms who are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, and life transitions. Together we’ll focus on what matters most to you, whether that’s learning to manage intrusive thoughts, setting healthier boundaries, building confidence, or finding more balance and joy in your daily life. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based approaches, trauma-informed care, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to support lasting change.
