60 Minute Psychotherapy Session: $160
Group Session: $50
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Session: $175
Insurance
I current accept Anthem/Blue CrossBlue Shield For all other insurances, I am an out-of-network provider, which means I’m not directly in-network with any major insurance companies. Clients can use of out-of-network benefits, which many don’t know they have! Many people with PPO insurance plans have out-of-network benefits and can get reimbursed by their insurance anywhere from 60-80% of the session rate once their out-of-network deductible is met.
Cancellations:
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy for individual sessions. If cancelling within 24-hours of your session, a late cancellation fee of the full cost of session will be charged.
Payment
Payment is charged after the session. I require clients provide a credit card/ debit card or HSA/FSA to be stored on a HIPAA compliant platform.
I am a solution-focused therapist, which means that I want to teach you the skills and techniques necessary to work on your goals. This likely means that you don’t have to be in therapy forever. Some of my clients have met their goals in a few months and don’t need therapy anymore.
Some of my clients choose to remain in therapy for much longer due to their individualized goals. Some clients have longer term goals that take more time to achieve. Some clients really enjoy the support that therapy gives them and look forward to having a safe place to process their thoughts and emotions.
