Being a teenager today is harder than ever. Between school pressures, social media, friendships, and family changes, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Many teens struggle silently with anxiety, stress, or self-doubt - while also trying to figure out who they are and where they belong.
Therapy can provide a safe space for teens to talk openly without fear of judgment. It gives them tools to manage anxious thoughts, cope with stress, and build confidence as they navigate this important stage of life.
At Bright Day Wellness, I help teens feel supported and understood, while teaching strategies they can use every day. Together, we work on easing anxiety, improving self-esteem, and creating a stronger sense of balance-so they can feel more hopeful and capable about the future.
